 This page of "MishaFromMinsk" has information about my father, Chaim Livchitz. (Livchitz is the standard US spelling of our last names.) This archive consists of published materials, manuscripts, historical family photogaras, and eventually, a calalog raisonne of his art. This archive is peppered with my personal recollections, as well as the shared histories of family and friends.

Chaim at the studio on Kozlova St. (Dolgobrodsky St.) in Minsk, 1978-79. He is at work on the composition titled "Mikhail Frunze".

The two upper left windows were of his studio on Kozlova St. Chaim occupied this space from the late 1950s to February 1991, when, he, his wife, two daughters and their families joined me (Misha) in the United States.
